
Mr. Juldeh Omaru Bah is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Accounting, and post-graduate diplomas in Accountancy, Law and Financial Studies from Universities in the UK.
A dynamic and versatile senior finance professional with 20+ years of experience in auditing, accounting and
financial management. He has a demonstrated history of working in both the private sector and the public sector, with profound expertise in public sector financial management.
As NATCOM’s Focal Person in the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS), Mr. Bah heads the Integrity Management Committee (IMC). He is responsible for the coordination of the implementation of the NACS actions in the Commission.
Mr. Bah provides strategic leadership in ensuring that the Commission’s systems and procedures across all Departments are in full compliance with Public Service Rules, Finance and Accounting Regulations, Ministry of Finance Circulars, the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, and other Government Regulations.
